Boston Global Investors has proposed an office and lab at 401 Congress St. in Boston's Seaport — a project that has since been renamed 10 World Trade. Sasaki is the architect and landscape architect for the building.
Boston Global Investors intends to begin construction on its 17-story office and lab building in Boston’s Seaport District by the end of the year.
The 550,000-square-foot building was formerly identified as 401 Congress, but has since been renamed to 10 World Trade. The building will include a 150-seat auditorium, 15,000-square-foot “sky level” fitness center with 300-meter track and two acres of landscaped property.
