Boston Real Estate Times: 550,000-SF Life Sciences Project to Kick Off in Boston’s Seaport

BOSTON– JLL has announced the firm will exclusively lead the leasing efforts at 10 World Trade, a proposed trophy life science and office building on behalf of Boston Global Investors (BGI). The Seaport District development project is slated to begin construction in Q4 2021.

Designed with smart building systems and efficient workplace needs in mind, 10 World Trade will feature over 550,000 square feet of office and lab space.
