• Complete Steel Framing & Decking through Roof
  • Topping Out Ceremony to take place Thursday 10/26: 11am-1pm @ WTC Ave Plaza
• Install Monument Stair between Levels 01-02
• Complete Concrete Placement through Level 13
• Continue Intumescent Paint & Spray Fireproofing of lower levels (through Level 11)
• Continue prep for curtainwall through Level 14
• Eversource Permanent Power installation @ Congress Street: awaiting confirmation of timing.
  • Work expected to be complete before November 15th
• Continue MEP riser installations in building core through Level 10

Night & Weekend Work:

• Overnight cut & cap of water / sprinkler service (Seaport West/Hotel): Monday 10/30 (11pm-5am).
• Saturday Day Shift Work to be requested on case-by-case basis.
