Hynes III, Chief Executive Officer of BGI. “We maximized those natural strengths with a building designed to encourage innovation and collaboration, as well as create a unique selling point for companies looking to recruit and retain a diverse workforce. Our team took a very intentional approach to breaking down barriers between the building and the surrounding neighborhood with a stunning series of spaces in the public realm.”

Designed by the world-renowned architecture firm Sasaki, the property is defined by a unique curved glass façade and an array of welcoming indoor-outdoor connected areas. The public realm is designed to create stronger connections between the corporate user and the Seaport community, as well as offer public areas for community focused activations and events.
